When you look in the mirror, who do you see?

Are you strong, confident, and accomplished as you always hoped you would be?

Or are you worried, confused, and “behind” as you always feared you would be?

Is it too scary to even look in the mirror?

So much of our life circumstance can be traced to how we view ourselves.

It influences everything – from the careers we choose to pursue to the people we are “brave enough” to ask out on a date.

Many theories exist in an attempt to explain how our sense of self develops (a super interesting area of psychology that I could go on and on about, but I promise not to bore you here!).

What’s important to understand is that our sense of self impacts our ability to live the fullest life possible.

If the image you see doesn’t reflect who you want to be, it’s time to consider how to alter that image.

Counseling sessions with me offer a safe, yet highly effective, way to do just that.

I’ll support you through a process where external messaging, internal self-talk, societal norms, and limiting beliefs get put in the hot seat.

Together, we’ll dismantle their power and return it to its rightful place – in your own hands.

I believe bravery, confidence, and unlimited potential resides within you. Let me help you believe it, too. Call me for a free consultation (608) 478-0094.
